J and J Hotel Florence Located in a residential area, a short walk from the Cathedral (Duomo), Santa Croce, the Arno river, the Synagogue and the historical center of Florence, the J&J hotel is housed in romantic, beautifully restored 16th century monastery decorated in original frescoes preserved on the walls. Everything reminds the Florentine past, the renaissance, and the Medici period. Guests enjoy not only the cozy ambience and the personal attention but also its prime location from where you can reach the best corners of the Dante's town. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are many choices nearby like Cibreo catering. A steep flight of stairs leads to the rooms, that are mainly located in the back of the hotel assuring quiet and relaxing stay. Some rooms have a nice terrace. The rooms are all different and equipped with a private bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar etc. Bathrooms are well done, bright and clean, with bathtub and separate showers as well towels, bathrobe, mirrors, courtesy "Etro" set, hair dryer. Facilities available to guests: Full buffet breakfast in a lovely, bright room adjacent to the lobby.
